Key Responsibilities
- Aid in tracking and updating training readiness data
- Support analysis of training performance and reporting metrics
- Coordinate scheduling of training events, ranges, and facilities
- Assist in developing reports, briefings, and documentation
- Support quality assurance and coordination efforts
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of operational, training, and readiness experience, preferably within expeditionary/MESF communities
- At least 3 years of Readiness and Cost Reporting System (RCRP)/ERAS experience
- Proficiency in Advanced Skills Management
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- Experience with oral briefings and writing skills to engage with leadership within MESF and organizations within the community of interest and personnel
- Active SECRET clearance
