Curriculum Management SME

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain Courses of Instruction (COIs) and training materials.
• C Conduct research and analysis of Navy doctrine, NTRPs, and joint publications.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with mission objectives, qualification standards, and training requirements.
• Collaborate with instructors and SMEs to refine course content.
• Support integration of engineering or technical expertise where required.

Qualifications

• 8 years of operational, training, and readiness experience with warfare qualification, preferably within expeditionary communities.
• 3 years of recent practical NETC experience in content planning and authoring instructional material.
• Must have significant fleet engineering expertise.
• Must have at least 5 years of Navy expeditionary relevant operational, training, and readiness experience.
• Active SECRET clearance.
