About the role

The AV Training Manager at Moove AV is responsible for setting and maintaining the highest standards of training and certification for validation drivers and supervisors worldwide. This role requires a systems-thinking approach and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programmatic Ownership: Ensure training quality through certification integrity, audits, and continuous improvement of the curriculum.

  • Curriculum Management: Develop and continuously refine the training materials and certification criteria for each market.

  • Safety Assurance: Maintain strict safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.

  • Local Empowerment: Collaborate with local teams to adapt the global curriculum to specific market needs and share best practices.

  • Training Delivery: Teach and certify new teams in new markets, ensuring alignment with global standards.

  • Planning & Roadmap Execution: Create and execute the training roadmap, aligning with safety, workforce planning, and fleet deployment schedules.

  • Infrastructure & Readiness: Ensure all necessary facilities and equipment are in place for training and auditing.

What We Need

  • Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree required; preferred with a Program Management certification (e.g., PMI-PgMP, PMP, or CPTM).

  • Experience: 3–5 years in AV operations or training, with proven experience in building and scaling training programs.

  • Programmatic Mindset: Ability to manage cross-functional roadmaps and prioritize training quality over other factors.

  • Domain Expertise: Experience in AV validation operations, disengagement protocols, and data logging.

  • Safety-First Track Record: Demonstrated history of prioritizing safety over operational pressures.

  • Curriculum Design: Comfort with designing and delivering training programs, including hands-on teaching.

  • Audit Instincts: Ability to critically assess training programs and identify areas for improvement.

  • Change Agent: Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.

  • Travel: Comfortable with up to 40% domestic or international travel to support training and auditing efforts.

Who You'll Be Working With

You will be working closely with the Head of Validation Operations, the Central Training & Development Team, and cross-functional leaders in Safety, Fleet Operations, and Market Launch teams.
