Pay Range: $33 per hour
About the role
Deliver classroom and hands-on training to new and experienced autonomous vehicle operations personnel. Coach, mentor, and assess operator performance while providing constructive feedback. Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards. Partner with supervisors and cross-functional teams to identify and address training gaps. Support the development, review, and continuous improvement of training materials and operational processes.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle industry or a related technical operations environment.
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or facilitating classroom and/or on-the-job instruction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly.
- Proven ability to solve problems, improve operational efficiency, and work collaboratively in team environments.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen.
