Autonomous Vehicle Operations Trainer
What’s the Job?
Deliver classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training for new and experienced autonomous vehicle operators.
Evaluate operator performance through assessments, audits, simulations, and coaching sessions.
Review performance feedback and address training gaps in partnership with mentors and supervisors.
Collaborate with Training Supervisors and Project Managers to improve training content, procedures, and operational readiness.
What’s Needed?
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle (AV) industry or a related technical operations environment.
- Experience facilitating training, coaching, mentoring, or leading classroom and hands-on instruction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Prioritize troubleshooting issues, improving operational efficiency, and working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background, motor vehicle record (MVR), and drug screening requirements.
