About the role

The role involves orchestrating the logistics and communications for each training session, ensuring smooth operations from pre-session preparations to post-session follow-ups. The Training Producer acts as the central point of contact for trainers, support staff, and clients, handling everything from logistics to communication.

Responsibilities

  • Own the run of every training session
  • Be the primary point of contact for logistics-related matters before, during, and after each session
  • Ensure all supporting staff know their roles, expectations, and deadlines
  • Configure Zoom settings, manage chat interactions, set up polls, trigger breakout rooms, and handle any issues that arise
  • Open each session with a brief introduction to Blank Metal
  • Handle attendee communication, including invitations, setup expectations, and post-training surveys
  • Set up participants for success, ensuring they are prepared for the live session
  • Adapt and document processes as needed, addressing gaps in existing procedures

Requirements

  • Experience running live or virtual sessions
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively
  • Clear and concise writing skills for emails and notes
  • Comfortable with building and refining processes as needed

Qualifications

  • Some experience with Zoom features such as breakouts and polls
  • Bonus points for familiarity with Eventbrite and survey tools
  • An interest in AI and its practical applications

  • Ability to handle unexpected issues calmly and resolve them
  • Effective written communication skills
