1. About Our Client:The organization operates within the corporate training and development sector, focusing on managing and optimizing learning technologies and training operations. It addresses challenges related to effective training program delivery and learning system management across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with business needs through strategic use of learning management systems. 2. About the Opportunity:The Training Operations & Learning Systems Administrator role is responsible for overseeing the administration and enhancement of the organization''s Learning Management System (LMS), currently using Saba Cornerstone. The position supports enterprise-wide training initiatives by managing LMS functionalities, coordinating training operations, and leading learning system projects. This role ensures training programs are effective, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. 3. Responsibilities:• Administer and provide technical support for the Saba/Cornerstone LMS platform• Lead evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of a new LMS• Manage relationships and communications with LMS vendors• Coordinate training operations including calendars, vendor course management, records, and learner communications• Maintain training data integrity and generate reports on LMS usage and effectiveness• Analyze training metrics to identify trends and support continuous improvement• Lead audit readiness and respond to internal and external audit requests• Conduct quality assurance on training documentation and courses• Monitor training completion to ensure compliance• Develop and maintain internal documentation and job aids• Stay updated on emerging learning technologies and industry trends• Travel quarterly for in-person training meetings as required 4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience• Minimum 3 years LMS administration experience, with at least 1 year on Saba or Cornerstone platforms• Experience evaluating and implementing LMS platforms• Proven skills in training operations, reporting, audits, and project management• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including OneNote, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Planner• Strong analytical skills with experience in quality control, audit, or data analytics• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to document and explain business processes clearly• Strong organizational skills 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
