Training & Leadership Development Manager – Volunteer Leadership Role
The Role
This role is responsible for leading training programs and leadership development initiatives across the organization.
You are not just delivering sessions. You are building a structured learning ecosystem that develops future leaders.
This role plays a critical part in strengthening organizational capability, building a leadership pipeline, and ensuring long-term sustainability.

- Has experience designing and delivering training programs

- Can operate both strategically and operationally
Qualifications
- Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in training, leadership development, or HR
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- PREFERRED:
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Experience with leadership development or coaching
- Experience in remote or distributed teams
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR – preferred)
Commitment
- 10–15 hours per week
- Flexible schedule (aligned with training delivery and initiatives)
- Participation in HR leadership coordination required
- Fully remote
