Key Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and evaluating performance-based training for Reactor Operators and Non-Licensed Operators.
- Maintaining training programs aligned with industry standards, regulations, and incident reports.
- Preparing assessments, conducting evaluations, and developing individual training plans.
- Supporting plant operations, emergency preparedness, and participating in audits.
- Supervising training records and achieving SRO certification within 18 months.
Qualifications
- Variation by level: High school diploma with relevant experience or technical degree with related experience for Instructor level.
- Additional experience, licensing, or a degree in engineering or science for Senior Instructor.
- Preferred: experience in nuclear training, knowledge of systematic training approaches, and current SRO license.
