About the role

Develop and deliver plant-specific nuclear training programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Design, implement, and evaluate performance-based training for Reactor Operators and Non-Licensed Operators, incorporating feedback from operational reports, regulatory updates, and safety enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examinations and evaluate trainee performance
• Support outage activities
• Participate in audits and compliance reviews
• Maintain plant access and certification requirements

Qualifications

• Technical diploma, engineering degree, or equivalent
• Nuclear licenses (as applicable)

Skills

• Experience in nuclear training
• Knowledge of systematic training approaches
