A Day In The Life
- Deliver GSFSGroup classroom curriculum as a professional instructor and provide in-store GSFS Group retail development.
- Build self-skills in GSFSGroup classroom management and retail development through learning principles, coaching, and training skills.
- Identify and improve upon current methods of success through collaboration with leadership and the other training team members.
- Provide support to specific GSFS programs and products as determined necessary by the leadership of the Training and Development Department.
- Plan and execute weekly travel.
What We Need From You
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university.
- 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive in-dealership F&I background - multi-dealership preferred.
- Radiate professionalism, energy, integrity and a “can do” attitude in every facet of their interactions with clients and peers.
- Ability to produce neat, organized and effective documentation for all internal and external communications.
- Ability to write professionally and communicate effectively with associates, manufacturer clients, vendors and dealer personnel.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
Physical Requirements
- The job requires significant domestic travel.
- The associate will regularly be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, areas in which moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals are present, and outside weather conditions.
- The noise level for this position will vary and the associate may be exposed to loud noise levels.
Travel Requirements
- 80% Road Warrior.
