Training & Development Manager
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR in a manufacturing environment, preferably within aerospace, defense, or a similarly regulated industry.
- Demonstrated experience designing and managing training curricula, leadership development programs, and succession planning processes.
- Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001, AS9100, or similar quality and workmanship standards is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical documentation, and assembly specifications is preferred.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training tracking, certification management, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Leverage performance data and feedback to continuously evaluate and improve training program content and delivery.
Support HR in core people functions including onboarding, performance management processes, and compliance training to ensure consistent and positive employee experience.
Develop and lead initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and career advancement at all levels of the organization.
Support the Company's mission, vision, values, and goals in the performance of daily activities.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
