Training Development Analyst
Join the City of Kent as a proactive and detail-oriented Training Development Analyst to lead city-wide training initiatives that support employee growth, legal compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
About the role
In this professional role, you will design, implement, and measure the success of training programs, manage the City’s learning management system, and collaborate closely with subject matter experts across departments to deliver meaningful learning experiences. Working with significant independence, you will conduct needs assessments, create instructor-led and online training content, maintain the City’s performance management system, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis and reporting. This position also plays a key role in supporting HR projects and ensuring staff have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in communication, education, psychology, or human resources
- Three (3) years of experience creating publications and/or training courses
- At least two (2) years performing administrative support work

Pay
$8,008.00 - $9,763.00 per month, depending on experience
