About the Role

We're looking for a Training & Development Administrator to provide multi-function, multi-level support to the Site Training & Development Consultant at our Tampa, FL (Oldsmar) facility. The ideal candidate is confident, helpful, collaborative, and energetic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This role plays a key part in the new hire onboarding experience, on-the-job training (OJT), annual compliance training, and other site training initiatives.

At Chromalloy, your work directly supports aviation safety and reliability. Our teams repair and manufacture critical aerospace components used across the global aviation industry. Your contributions help keep aircraft flying safely around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Training Lead with administrative needs related to On-the-Job Training, Dayforce compliance training enrollment, new hire onboarding, and classroom instruction on manufacturing-related topics
  • Help deliver OJT lesson plans and build classroom presentations that engage operators in collaborative learning
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across the site, establishing trust and credibility with both internal partners and operators
  • Track and manage certification and training records for the site, and maintain employee training records to support competency assessments
  • Recognize key training or compliance issues and communicate them clearly to management
  • Take on additional training-related duties as assigned

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree (or equivalent trainer/educator experience) preferred; Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • High integrity, with the ability to protect confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong follow-through in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment preferred
