About the role
You will join a close-knit L&D team which operates within the wider HR department. As a team we support learning and development across our organisation covering a range of professions such as finance, IT, customer service, in addition to our main group of scientific staff. We are passionate about supporting staff development and this role will play a key part in training across the organisation which is delivered in various formats ranging from in person to e-learning through our Learning Management System 'Sonic Learn'. This is a fantastic opportunity if you wish to start your career within Learning and Development and will enable you to gain a good grounding within both a corporate and healthcare setting.
