This position requires you to live and perform duties within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital (locations include FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, MO, NV, NH, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA).

About the role

Designs, develops, and executes training programs for RCPS service lines. Collaborates with various groups to develop and implement training requirements and adopt new strategies to achieve results.

Responsibilities

  • Apply adult learning concepts when delivering training and learning programs.
  • Create detailed training content for online learning platforms, combining technical skills with instructional design while integrating requirements from RCPS business lines.
  • Support the evolution of online learning platforms, working with web and/or other company training development teams to ensure customer needs are represented.
  • Conduct training needs analyses with RCPS business partners.
  • Design course learning objectives following Bloom’s Taxonomy and other key methodologies.
  • Create, review, and edit a variety of content types, including video scripts, team communications, course-specific resources, surveys, and tests/quizzes using standard development processes and templates.
  • Build experiential activities appropriate for targeted learners.
  • Serve as a project manager to subject matter experts on eLearning and development projects.
  • Operate in both individual and collaborative settings—team player and energized around work efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in communications, training, organizational development, or education. Equivalent work experience may substitute the degree requirement.
  • At least one to two years of training and/or development experience.
  • Adobe Captivate or other development tools preferred.
