Job Responsibilities
- Takes ownership of all communications with Trainers and Trainees to ensure world-class execution of our Training program
- Produces, reviews and maintains awareness regarding all department reporting
- Facilitate employees’ access to various technological resources
- Supports the Training Department through administrative tasks including, but not limited to: managing emails, scheduling calls, etc.
- Assist with in-person trainings and other events as needed
- Promptly respond to employee requests and questions, via email, phone or in person
Required Skills
- Basic data entry skills
- Strong Google Suite & Microsoft Office skills - specifically Google Sheets, Google Slides & Outlook
- Ability to produce visual communication material & media - presentations, charts, newsletters, email templates, spreadsheet reports, etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Results oriented
- Able to learn quickly
- Regular, on-site attendance required
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Maintain a professional image at all times
Qualifications
- Experience Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
