Training Coordinator

Role Overview: The Phlebotomy Training Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff. They facilitate onboarding, ensure competency development, and support compliance through accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial and ongoing training on policies, procedures, and laboratory information systems; develop, implement, and evaluate training materials; maintain training records; provide on-site training support at client sites and branch locations. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED; over 3 years of phlebotomy experience with diverse patient populations; excellent communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills; valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to pass color blindness test; minimum age of 21.
