About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and play a critical role in advancing employee development, engagement, and business success.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer employee training and development programs across multiple business functions, including Engineering, Sales, Finance, Safety, IT, Projects, and Field Services.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to identify training needs and develop learning strategies aligned with business goals and KPIs.
- Facilitate HR-related training sessions and support employee onboarding initiatives.
- Manage training schedules, logistics, vendors, materials, and participation tracking.
- Monitor, analyze, and report training effectiveness, completion rates, development progress, and employee learning outcomes.
- Evaluate and maintain relationships with external training providers and learning partners.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
- Support the documentation, tracking, and reporting of employee competencies and training records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting or working within an HR team.
- Knowledge of employee onboarding programs, ATS, and HRIS systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement practices.
