Performance Contracting Inc. is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to support the training processes out at our PCI Nashville 532 operations located in Smyrna, TN.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training and verify employee retention
- Respond to inquiries and support requests on all training and certification needs
- Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress
- Create training schedules, track, and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the Customer as requested
- Assist Customer and PCI in development of Training and Testing Criteria as required
- Market company training opportunities and provide information on benefits to encourage job retention
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in the construction industry as a Foreman
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Expertise in Drywall Finishing and Drywall Finishing Tools
