To coordinate training programs independently, including training tester management, Dior House maintenance, and BC uniform management. To facilitate the training schedule and roadmap, collaborate with the 3-axis training team and area training team, and organize all training calendars. To assist the Training Director in arranging meetings, including designing objectives, agendas, and follow-up minutes. To support other training projects and programs as needed.
Responsibilities
- Training Program Coordination:
- Independently manage training testers to ensure smooth execution and accuracy of results.
- Maintain the Dior House, including updating facilities and optimizing the training environment.
- Oversee BC uniform management, including forecasting, ordering, distribution, updates, and maintenance.
- Training Schedule and Roadmap:
- Collaborate with the 3-axis training team and area training team to coordinate the training schedule, ensuring alignment with company goals and the yearly calendar.
- Maintain and update the training roadmap to ensure all training activities and courses are properly planned and executed.
- Organize the training calendar, manage training resources efficiently, avoid scheduling conflicts, and maximize training effectiveness.
- Meeting Arrangement and Minutes:
- Assist the Training Director in scheduling and preparing meetings, including designing meeting objectives and agendas.
- Handle logistical support for meetings, ensuring all participants are well-informed and prepared.
- Draft and distribute meeting minutes, documenting key decisions and action items for follow-up.
- Support for Other Training Initiatives:
- Provide support for other training projects and programs, including preparation of training materials, execution of training activities, and evaluation of outcomes.
- Translate and consolidate training materials when needed.
- Order, follow up, and deliver Training Kits from Central.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and oral.
- Good PC skills and familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels.
- In-depth understanding of training methodologies and adult learning theory.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
