Training Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver training content to new and existing team members through various modalities.
• Guide new team members through their experience and acclimation to ITS' culture.
• Optimize training programs, striving for continuous improvement while maintaining retention.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness, success, scalability, and ROI.
• Evaluate trainee performance to ensure knowledge transfer and application to daily operations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of training trends, techniques, developments, and best practices.
• Contribute to department and company goals.
• Deliver ITS core values and best practices to team members.
• Interface with operations and leadership to ensure training aligns with business needs.
• Provide weekly reporting to the Leadership team.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in the supply chain and logistics industry, or three or more years of experience in instructional design and training development and delivery.
• Previous experience in training and/or mentoring others.
• A dynamic, outgoing, and engaging personality with the ability to build deep relationships quickly.
• Experience in presenting information in front of groups.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience implementing training modules preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
