Responsibilities
- Create and deliver training content to new and existing team members through various modalities.
- Guide new team members through their experience and acclimation to ITS' culture.
- Optimize training programs, striving for continuous improvement while maintaining retention.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness, success, scalability, and ROI.
- Evaluate trainee performance to ensure knowledge transfer and application to daily operations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of training trends, techniques, developments, and best practices.
- Contribute to department and company goals.
- Deliver ITS core values and best practices to team members.
- Interface with operations and leadership to ensure training aligns with business needs.
- Provide weekly reporting to the Leadership team.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in the supply chain and logistics industry, or three or more years of experience in instructional design and training development and delivery.
- Previous experience in training and/or mentoring others.
- A dynamic, outgoing, and engaging personality with the ability to build deep relationships quickly.
- Experience in presenting information in front of groups.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience implementing training modules preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
