Training Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for all new hire orientation and onboarding sessions
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and e-learning content
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across departments
- Track employee training completion, certifications, and renewal deadlines
- Partner with department managers to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Maintain accurate training records within the learning management system
- Cook up with outside vendors and instructors for specialized training programs
- Ensure all training programs meet company policy and regulatory compliance standards
- Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback sessions
- Prepare reports on training metrics and outcomes for leadership review
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience coordinating or facilitating employee training programs
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Experience with learning management systems and training tracking tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is a plus

Compensation
