Job Summary

Our client, a leading Financial Services provider, is seeking a Training Content & Curriculum Lead (Applied Epic) to join their team! This position is located remote.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the development of training content and materials aligned to business processes and Applied Epic workflows
  • Create and design end-to-end curriculum components, including: job aids, presentations, workflow-based use cases, and eLearning modules
  • Create storyboards and digital learning content
  • Partner with leadership to identify training gaps and content needs across lines of business
  • Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with system functionality and business processes
  • Support the creation of tools, templates, and frameworks for trainers to use in the field
  • Collaborate with trainers and stakeholders to ensure materials support deployment and adoption efforts
  • Reinforce training strategy by contributing both hands-on development and strategic guidance

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

  • 5 + years of experience in training development, curriculum design, or learning and development
  • Proven experience building end-to-end training content for both: Instructor-led training (ILT); Virtual / remote learning; Hands-on experience developing; and eLearning (storyboarding + production)
  • Experience developing job aids and training documentation
  • Experience developing workflow-based training materials
  • Experience identifying and building training materials tied to system implementations
  • Applied Epic experience (required) with strong understanding of workflows
  • Experience creating training modules/content/eLearnings for Applied Epic

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms such as: WalkMe, Pendo, Digital Adoption Studio
  • Experience with training evaluation frameworks such as: Kirkpatrick Model
  • Experience with change management methodologies such as: ADKAR / Prosci
  • Experience supporting large-scale implementations or merger and acquisition integrations

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $47.00 and $68.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
