The Training Coach II is an experienced, field-based training professional responsible for delivering, coordinating, and supporting clinical and operational training programs within the assigned market. This role facilitates onboarding, classroom instruction, and in-center training activities to ensure Training Coach and Medical Assistant (MA) learners successfully transition from training to independent active support for Providers in the market. As an individual contributor, the Training Coach II serves as an additional resource and subject matter expert for their market, who can cover MA shifts as needed. When working as an MA, the expectation is for this individual to provide support to the Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients through a variety of tasks, including but not limited to patient care management, organization, and communication. While serving as an MA, individuals selected as a Training Coach II are expected to consistently lead by example and embody the highest standards of performance, professionalism, and accountability. Training Coach IIs serve as role models for their peers, demonstrating excellence in clinical workflows, operational processes, and team collaboration.
