About the role

The Program & Training Coordinator will assist with all aspects of the firm’s CLE programming, accreditation, and compliance requirements as well as programs for Troutman Pepper Locke YOUniversity. The position requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in the logistics of firm-sponsored CLE programs, including meeting scheduling, RSVP logistics, and preparation of nametags.
  • Manage CLE compliance tracking and prepare applications for CLE credit in other jurisdictions as needed.
  • Award CLE credit, issue certificates of attendance, and enter credits in CE Manager.
  • Stay updated on CLE rule changes and related developments in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Prepare annual CLE reports and other statistical reports as required by state boards of bar examiners.
  • Maintain on-demand resources for third-party learning platforms like PLI and ABA CLE Library.
  • Coordinate resources and logistics for other firm-sponsored programs such as mentoring programs and practice group trainings.
  • Manage key department documents including policies, rosters, intranet pages, presentations, and reports.
  • Engage in research on market data and prepare reports in various formats.
  • Collaborate with other teams within Legal Talent (Recruiting, Inclusion, & Coaching), as well as other firm administrative departments.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of CLE rules and regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience in administrative support of teams or senior leadership.
  • Legal or other professional services firm, law school, bar association, or CLE provider experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative support.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude.

Skills

  • Ability to provide quality service while exercising sound independent judgment, tact, and discretion.
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly Excel.
  • Positive team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Hiring Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00
