Training Center Coordinator

What You’ll Do

  • Cookier logistics for enterprise-wide training programs, including lodging and collaborating with service staff
  • Coordinate travel assignments for Training Managers
  • Manage training documentation for Safety Trainers
  • Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and other databases after training sessions
  • Coordinate the ordering, receipt, and tracking of training-related expenses
  • Process Purchase Orders (PO) for Training Center projects to ensure accurate budgeting and timely procurement
  • Manage the front desk and enhance the trainee experience
  • Learn all Training Center technology as it is installed to assist trainees

What You’ll Need

  • Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States for this company
  • Have local authorization to work in Monroe, GA with minimal travel
  • Hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Training & Development, or a related field (preferred)
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, training coordination, office management, hospitality, or related roles
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Have experience maintaining records, databases, or LMS
  • Have experience with purchase order processing, expense tracking, or basic procurement procedures

  • Show strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Show excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation
  • Show ability to work independently and collaboratively with trainers, trainees, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Show comfort with troubleshooting basic technology issues and learning new training technologies as they are implemented
  • Show demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation

Physical Abilities & Exposures

  • Routinely engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods
  • Occasionally perform light to moderate lifting (up to 25 lbs)
  • Exposed to outside weather conditions as working environment shifts between classrooms, practical labs, and outdoor field conditions in various weather
