What You’ll Do
- Cookier logistics for enterprise-wide training programs, including lodging and collaborating with service staff
- Coordinate travel assignments for Training Managers
- Manage training documentation for Safety Trainers
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and other databases after training sessions
- Coordinate the ordering, receipt, and tracking of training-related expenses
- Process Purchase Orders (PO) for Training Center projects to ensure accurate budgeting and timely procurement
- Manage the front desk and enhance the trainee experience
- Learn all Training Center technology as it is installed to assist trainees
What You’ll Need
- Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States for this company
- Have local authorization to work in Monroe, GA with minimal travel
- Hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Training & Development, or a related field (preferred)
- Have 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, training coordination, office management, hospitality, or related roles
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Have experience maintaining records, databases, or LMS
- Have experience with purchase order processing, expense tracking, or basic procurement procedures

- Show strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Show excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation
- Show ability to work independently and collaboratively with trainers, trainees, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Show comfort with troubleshooting basic technology issues and learning new training technologies as they are implemented
- Show demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
Physical Abilities & Exposures
- Routinely engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods
- Occasionally perform light to moderate lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Exposed to outside weather conditions as working environment shifts between classrooms, practical labs, and outdoor field conditions in various weather
