Training and Organizational Change Lead

About the Role
Lead Zenius external-user training and adoption activities for approximately 300 grantee organizations, including airports funded by TxDOT Aviation. The role develops role-based learning, communications, reinforcement, and readiness activities that complement Fluxx product training and support successful adoption at go-live.
Responsibilities
- Develop the external-user training and adoption strategy aligned to the implementation schedule, deployment waves, and user readiness needs.
- Conduct audience analysis and define role-based learning paths for grantee administrators, applicants, submitters, reviewers, and other external users as applicable.
- Design and deliver instructor-led sessions, webinars, train-the-trainer activities, office hours, demonstrations, and reinforcement sessions.
- Create and maintain user guides, quick reference guides, job aids, exercises, FAQs, recordings, and other accessible training materials.
- Coordinate with Fluxx to validate system procedures, screenshots, demonstration environments, and product terminology before training delivery.
- Plan registration, scheduling, attendance tracking, learner communications, session logistics, and follow-up support.
- Assess readiness and adoption risks and recommend targeted communications, coaching, and reinforcement actions.
- Collect and analyze training feedback, attendance, completion, knowledge checks, and support trends to improve subsequent sessions.
- Coordinate with the Hypercare and Support Lead so recurring user questions are reflected in knowledge articles and updated learning materials.
- Ensure all materials and delivery methods follow applicable accessibility expectations and are understandable to non-technical users.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, communications, organizational development, business, instructional design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of training, instructional design, organizational change, or user adoption experience for enterprise systems.
- Experience designing and delivering training for external customers, grantees, vendors, constituents, or distributed user communities.
- Experience creating instructor-led, virtual, recorded, and self-service learning materials.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, writing, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to translate system procedures into clear, task-based learning for non-technical users.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prosci, ATD, instructional design, change management, or comparable certification.
- Experience with grants management, public-sector programs, transportation, or aviation users.
- Experience with Fluxx or comparable SaaS grantmaking platforms.
- Knowledge of Section 508 and accessible document/training practices.

Working Relationships
Reports operationally through the Zenius delivery organization and works day to day with the Fluxx Project Manager, TxDOT project leadership, TxDOT subject matter experts, and other Fluxx and Zenius workstream leads. The role must follow the agreed communication, governance, escalation, confidentiality, and security processes for the engagement.
