Duties
- Lead organizational change management activities for the Salesforce-based AAU Case Management Solution implementation.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness planning to support successful enterprise system adoption.
- Develop and execute communication, engagement, and adoption strategies for affected business and operational user groups.
- Create role-based training plans and curricula aligned to Salesforce case management workflows and user responsibilities.
- Create job aids, quick reference guides, training materials, and adoption resources to support end-user readiness.
- Partner with project leadership, business stakeholders, trainers, and technical teams to align change management deliverables with implementation milestones.
- Monitor adoption risks, training feedback, and readiness issues, and recommend actions to improve user engagement and solution acceptance.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading change management activities for enterprise systems implementations.
- Experience developing role-based training curricula for business and technical user groups.
- Experience producing job aids, quick reference guides, adoption materials, and related end-user support documentation.
- Experience supporting enterprise system adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness activities.
Educational & Certification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Education, Organizational Change Management, or a related field preferred.
- Change management, training, or Salesforce-related certification preferred.
