About the role
Leads the instruction and implementation of education, compliance, technology, and clinical training initiatives for BayCare Medical Group team members and physicians. Designs, develops, and delivers both standard and customized training programs and materials. Conducts needs assessments and recommends training solutions. Provides elbow training in practice settings. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma with 3 years' experience in Physician Practice OR Associate Degree with 1 year training support experience
- Previous MA Instructor experience strongly preferred
- Requires travel to various locations with minimal notice
Schedule
- Full Time
- Shift Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm
- Weekend Work: None
- On Call: No
- Remote work: Hybrid
