About the role

This position is a contract instructor within our central Colorado Operations area, based at the Littleton, Colorado facility. The role involves training Electrical/Electronic and Structural technicians at Waterton Canyon & Highlands Ranch locations.

Responsibilities

• Train Electrical/Electronic and Structural technicians in industry specifications.
• Train adult learners effectively.

Requirements

• Current or previous IPC Certification.
• Connector Mate & Demate operations experience.
• Hardware Torquing experience.
• Adhesive Bonding experience.
• Minimum Four-years Manufacturing Experience.
• Minimum one-year On-the-job Training (OJT) experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.).
• Experience with Engineering documentation and drawings.

Qualifications

• IPC Certification.
• On-the-job Training (OJT) experience.
• Manufacturing Experience.
• Engineering documentation and drawings experience.
• Strong work relationships with students, colleagues, and management.

Skills

• Current IPC CIT or NASA Instructor qualification.
• Engineering documentation and drawings experience.
• Manufacturing process discipline.
