Training and Compliance Specialist

About the role

Join our team as a Training Specialist at Cathedral Home! In this role, you'll develop and deliver engaging employee training, primarily focusing on new-hire onboarding, skills training, and in-person coaching. You'll provide hands-on support and follow-up, including some evening hours as needed. Collaborating across the agency, you'll play a key role in enhancing employee performance, fostering a positive culture, and boosting engagement. Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training and coaching for staff, including evenings
• Lead onboarding and skills training for new hires
• Offer follow-up coaching for new hires transitioning into roles
• Create training tailored to specific positions and programs
• Work with supervisors to assess training needs
• Measure training success through surveys and assessments
• Conduct annual and refresher training as needed
• Maintain training activity records and assessments
• Plan and communicate details for training events
