About the role
MLT Systems supports Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE) by providing effective life-cycle support solutions. This role focuses on Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities, including Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) and Human Systems Integration (HSI) analyses.
Responsibilities
- Manage ILS activities to ensure compliance with program requirements, specifications, and standards.
- Conduct MPT and HSI analyses, including:
- Job task analyses
- Maintenance task analyses
- Physical and cognitive workload analyses
- Training analyses
- Personnel analyses
- Perform program document health assessment analyses relevant to MPT/HSI.
- Draft, review, update, and deliver MPT-related deliverables, such as:
- MPT Integrated Product Team Charters
- MPT Analysis Reports (MAR)
- MPT Plans (MPTP)
- Methodology memos
- Review, update, and deliver the MPT Assessment Determination (MAD) Tool.
- Prepare and disseminate survey instruments to collect MPT/HSI data for test and evaluation events, training readiness, and related domains.
- Coordinate and support training activities, including New Equipment Training (NET).
- Draft, review, and edit documentation, such as:
- Programs of Instruction (POIs)
- Lesson plans
- Instructor Guides
- Student handouts
- Training aids (computer-based training, interactive training, quick reference cards, surrogate development)
- Additional curriculum for Operator and Maintainer NET events
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- 7–9 years of relevant experience.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- Working knowledge of:
- MCO 5311.1E
- MIL-STD 1472G
- MLD-HDBK 29612X
- MIL-PRF 29612-2B
- GEIA-0007
- NAVMC 1553.1A
- Familiarity with applicable templates related to MPT and Total Force Structure Design.
- Functional experience with the MAD Tool is preferred.
Physical Demands
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak, and hear for routine work tasks.
- Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 30 pounds.
- Vision abilities required include close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
