Trainer, Regional Coordinator

About the role

This Trainer provides training and support to Customer Service Representatives for start-up and acquisition centers within a designated region.

Responsibilities

• Provide follow-up and training for any CIS and LincareNet application updates.
• Supervise Area Trainers in their training responsibilities within the designated region.
• Ensure familiarity and re-emphasis of all compliance policies and procedures mandated by the Compliance Officer, and report infractions for resolution.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with Region Managers, Area Managers, and Region Billing and Collection Managers to assess problem areas and provide support.
• Work with Area and Region Managers to identify training goals and create a training plan for the region.
• Report all training schedules and monthly progress reports to the National Training Coordinator for all Regional and Area training conducted.
• Serve in a leadership role as a member of the LincareNet Region Transition Team, including organizing, communicating, and scheduling assessments for centers.
• Participate in ongoing LincareNet application duties at various stages.
• Provide follow-up support for centers within the region, including group classroom sessions and individual support as needed.
• Deliver training and support for all center staff in start-up centers and acquisitions for the LincareNet application.
