The Role
- Develops and delivers training materials on company products, processes, and technologies.
- Ensures team members develop, maintain, and increase their technical and/or process knowledge.
- Provides orientation and training on new course materials.
- Selects appropriate training aids.
- Prepares lesson plans relevant to training material.
- May monitor training personnel records to ensure employees meet all company training requirements for compliance.
- Analyzes course evaluations to judge the effectiveness of training sessions and implement suggestions for improvements.
Nice to Have
- High School diploma or equivalent with 7 years of additional education and/or related experience.
- Apprentice graduate or Associate's Degree in relevant discipline with 5 years of related experience.
- May require certification.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 7 years additional education and/or related experience.
- Apprentice graduate or Associate's Degree in relevant discipline.
- 5 years of related experience.
- May require certification.
