Trainer II

Position Purpose: Responsible for developing and conducting a variety of training programs and/or auditing tools for Centene's Pharmacy Services. The Trainer II is expected to be able to develop a full training program including content, agendas, activities, and assessments. Key Details: The Trainer II role is primarily remote. Candidates must be willing to work 9-5:30 ET or 10-6:30 ET to be considered for the position. Responsibilities Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for Pharmacy Services staff and evaluate effectivenessIdentify, develop and conduct appropriate training programs, including selecting and designing appropriate training aidsFacilitate the train the trainer process as it relates to various systemsResearch, analyze and recommend external training programsMaintain records of training activities and employee progressAudit work and coordinate training initiatives to identify, develop and publish corrective actions and educational materialsProvide feedback on revisions to policy and procedures and work process developmentPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare setting. Auditing experience preferred.
