About the role
The trainer will be an active member of the learning team in the North, responsible for managing L&D activities for UFF sites, 3P hubs, and dark stores.
Responsibilities
- Own business goals and intervene by identifying knowledge gaps to be filled.
- Proactively recommend ways and support the mapped Hubs and dark stores towards meeting business goals.
- Proactively track mapped sites performance and pre-announce training interventions.
- Supervise structured learning metrics and also oversee their results for the assigned sites.
- Managing live performance metrics end to end for the assigned sites.
- Conducting learning session on new process as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning as per the requirement. Deliver various training courses as continuous learning to the site L&D.
- Maintaining data and analysis through reports on excel (as per business requirement).
- Ensure completion of digital new hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time.
- Partners with operations leaders while conducting site health check and fix the gaps on an immediate basis.
- Identifying learning coaches & certifying them.
- Lead the individual improvement projects to enhance the business performance.
- Drive Quality & Learning metrics.
- Conducting zoom & classroom sessions for the stakeholders.
A day in the life
Track the day to day learning & business metrics and plan to visit the mapped sites/hubs for metric improvement. Involve and engage well with mapped hub POCs. Offer visibility on daily reporting and progress updates.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using the Training Needs Analysis process, including assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing and developing customer-centric solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.
