Trainer for Women Leadership Program (English/Spanish/French Languages)
Accord Worldwide, an international development and training firm, is seeking dynamic and experienced trainers for a year-long contract to facilitate training programs under our registered trademark, “Accordemy®.” This role supports the Women Leadership Program, an initiative by UNOPS and other humanitarian organizations aimed at strengthening leadership capacities of women in the humanitarian and development sectors.
About the Role
The Women Leadership Program focuses on enhancing operational leadership and management skills for women to effectively navigate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders in crisis-affected environments. It addresses gender disparities in leadership roles and leverages women’s unique perspectives to improve humanitarian and development outcomes.
Accord Worldwide seeks a Lead Trainer and Language-Specific Trainers to deliver the “Women’s Leadership Programme.” Candidates should have a proven ability to facilitate blended learning experiences and a passion for advancing women’s leadership in the humanitarian and development sectors.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging and impactful learning sessions as part of the “Women’s Leadership Programme.”
- Adapt delivery methods and materials to meet participant needs and ensure learning objectives are achieved.
- Adhere to the training standards followed by Accordemy®.
- Provide feedback and support to participants to enhance their learning experience and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in blended learning services, with a focus on adult education.
- Strong background in humanitarian operations and/or leadership development.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, or French, depending on the specific trainer role.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners.
