About the Role

Delivers and supports training programs to ensure end users effectively understand and apply processes and tools. Collaborates with stakeholders to develop training materials and improve user adoption. Applies knowledge of business processes and systems to support learning needs and enhance overall effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce learning solutions: Create high-quality learning experiences (e.g., eLearning modules, videos, virtual instructor-led training, slide decks).
  • Customize department-specific training: Tailor materials to the workflows, roles, and processes of different departments.
  • Coordinate content creation with SMEs: Work with subject matter experts to gather accurate information and turn it into engaging training materials.
  • Maintain and organize learning libraries: Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accessible via the LMS or knowledge portals.
  • Align learning with system functionality: Translate system changes (e.g., software upgrades, new tools) into relevant training updates for users.
  • Collaborate with IT/system administrators: Understand changes in platforms (like ERP, CRM, HRIS) to proactively develop or adjust training resources.
  • Facilitate or coordinate training sessions: Conduct or support live sessions, webinars, onboarding workshops, or department-specific walkthroughs.
  • Develop “how-to” resources: Quick guides, tip sheets, and scenario-based learning assets to help users with daily tasks.
  • Research, collect, and analyze information to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and lead through resolution.
  • Collaborate on performance improvement activities as indicated by outcomes in program efficiency and patient experience.
  • Responsible for distribution of analytical reports.
  • Utilize multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports, and develop educational materials.
  • Synthesize and analyze data, providing detailed summaries including graphical data presentations illustrating trends and recommending practical options or solutions.
  • Leverage program and operational data to define and demonstrate progress, ROI, and impacts.
  • Maintain working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of Conduct, and other policies to ensure adherence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in training delivery, instructional design, or end-user support.
  • Workday training and technical expertise.

  • LMS platforms, instructional design tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite)
  • Multimedia tools (e.g., PowerPoint, SundaySky, video editing software)
  • Project Management: Jira, Smartsheet, Trello

Pay

Hourly pay ranges: $31.88 - $47.82
