Trainer - Call Center (Temporary, Remote)
Requirements
The Trainer I position will be primarily responsible for delivering the training program to various level employees and providing support of training resources for Customer Service Representatives (CSR). This is a seasonal, remote (work at home) position. Duration of this position is approximately 6-8 weeks and must be available to work from September to December*. You will be required to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am-7pm CST. Overtime will be required— you will work 1 hour of Overtime (OT) on Mondays during production and another day in December.

- You must be able to pick up and return your equipment at the Maximus Lawrence, KS location and you will also be required to go onsite to complete Federal clearance process/paperwork and obtain required fingerprints.
- Please note equipment will be provided but must meet the remote position requirement provided below
Remote Position Requirements
- Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required / 50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net).
- Minimum 5mpbs upload speed.
- Connectivity to the internet via Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home internet router.
- Private work area and adequate power source
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide feedback regarding the design, development and distribution of training programs and materials as needed.
- Congduct, plan, and coordinate training to a variety of audiences.
- Cookordinate logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations.
- Determine resource readiness for courses, including materials, training room, technology, and collection and entry of training data.
- Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
- Provide production floor support and answer questions.
- Support the design, development, and distribution of the OPM training programs and materials.
- Cookduct, plan, and coordinate the OPM training to a variety of audiences.
- Cookordinate logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations.
- Determine resource readiness for courses, including materials, training room, technology, and collection and entry of training data.
- Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
- Provide production floor support and answer questions.
- Take escalation calls from CSR I and CSR II’s to provide OPM customer resolution
Minimum Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three years of leadership and/or training experience required. May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
- A bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience
- A bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen

Pay Transparency

Pay
Minimum Salary: $17.75
Maximum Salary: $26.42
