Call Center Representative (Remote After Training)
About the role
The role involves providing exceptional customer service via phone and email to online banking users, addressing their questions and concerns, and supporting the call center.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to online banking end users with a professional and outgoing attitude.
- Successfully address customer questions and concerns.
- Support the call volume for the customer service center.
- Utilize strong written communication skills to respond to internal and external email inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Serve as a service liaison between online customers and third-party service providers.
- Process new online account set-ups and maintain existing accounts.
- Assist other areas of the call center as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years of call center experience or banking experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
