Responsibilities
- Develop the capabilities of our new and existing employees.
- Ensure the team meets current and future business objectives and customer needs.
- Deliver quality services according to Jet Aviation’s safety standards.
- Adapt to a dynamic, around-the-clock operation.
- Work flexible schedules, including A shift and B shift for observation and new hire transitioning.
- Travel for training seminars/conferences may be required.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Line and Ramp services vocational training/technical apprenticeship or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in the field of Line & Ramp Services.
- Full knowledge of all related processes and procedures, including NFPA 407, ATA Specification 103, and SIDA Regulations.
- Ability to obtain a Certificate from NATA Line Service training program within 60 days of employment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficient English language and communication skills.
