We are proud to offer: $30.00/hr Tremendous career advancement opportunities due to our strong presence across North AmericaA positive and rewarding work environmentThe opportunity to directly influence driver readiness and passenger safetyA role that combines training, safety, compliance, and employee development Your Responsibilities As a Trainer, you will: Provide classroom and behind-the-wheel training to new driversConduct refresher and remedial training for current driversDeliver additional safety and compliance training to location employeesTrack attendance and maintain accurate training documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirementsAssist with accident investigations, safety meetings, compliance forms, and other location safety programsTravel within the service area to provide training at multiple locationsPerform other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent1-3 years of training experience1-3 years of transportation, safety, or related experienceKnowledge of federal and state safety and environmental regulationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with drivers, employees, customers, management, client representatives, union officials, and members of the publicAbility to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectivelyFluent English communication skillsConsistent attendance and punctualityA reliable personal vehicle and the ability to travel throughout the service area as neededAbility to operate a company or personal vehicle when delivering training at multiple locations Physical Requirements The Trainer must be able to: Move throughout the office, bus parking areas, and surrounding company facilitiesOperate standard office equipmentAccess filing systems and storage cabinetsCommunicate effectively in person and by telephoneDrive to multiple locations within the service area This position is subject to DOT drug testing and physical requirements.
