Trainer

The role

The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Present training to associates and effectively communicate with all Associates.
• Evaluate Associate’s performance on ramp up form and create steps for success.
• Assist with creating work reference guide.
• Support operations as needed by leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Certify Associates for MHE.
• Update on company goals and procedures.
• Identify training needs.
• Conduct BBS observations.
• Participate in Safety Committee.

Skills and experience

• Minimum of one year warehouse experience, MHE experience with sit down forklift, electric pallet jack, clamp, and slip.
• MHE experience with stand up forklift, reach truck, clamp, and slip, preferred.
• Scrubber, preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.

Qualifications

• Related technical experience.

Pay: $21.75

Additional Incentives: Employee of the month

Position: Second (2nd) shift

Shift: 4pm – 2am
