About the role
DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Trainer to deliver training and evaluation of associates on material handling equipment (MHE) and classroom instruction. The role includes tasking and assigning work tasks to the shift, both inbound and outbound, and supporting operations as needed by leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Present training to associates and effectively communicate with all associates.
- Evaluate associate’s RPM on ramp‑up form and create steps for success.
- Assist with creating work reference guides.
- Provide effective initial training and cross‑training of associates and outside workers (Labor Share Associates, vendors, etc.).
- Support operations as needed by leadership.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Certify associates for MHE.
- Actively participate in the YOBE process.
- Create system logins for all associates (SeeIT, JDA, etc.).
- Update associates on company goals and procedures.
- Identify training needs.
- Conduct BBS observations.
- Participate in the Safety Committee.
Required qualifications
- Create effective training presentations/materials and present them to associates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word.
- Able to perform all site processes safely and efficiently.
- Good communication and professional skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in training.
- Related technical experience with MHE (sit‑down forklift, pallet jack, stand‑up forklift, reach truck, clamp, slip).
- Experience with scrubbers (preferred).
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Pay
$20.75 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.
Schedule
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Days: Tuesday – Saturday
