Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree
- Master’s Degree may be substituted for two years of experience, reducing total years of experience to three (3)
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted
Experience
- Five (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs
- Three (3) years of experience designing, developing, and revising complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature
- Five (5) years of experience with digital signals processing
- Five (5) years of training experience with curriculum development and maintenance
- Five (5) years of experience administering virtual training
- Five (5) years of experience with SIGINT and C++
