Trainer - 1pm - 9:30pm

What's the Short Version?

The DC Trainer facilitates classroom and on-the-job training for Distribution Center employees, focusing on new hires, retraining, and enhancing processes and productivity.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Deliver training programs to new and existing employees
• Develop and maintain training materials
• Coordinate training schedules
• Communicate with leadership and coworkers
• Conduct training sessions
• Assist employees with task-related questions
• Support safety training
• Maintain trainee personnel records
• Help educate and reinforce company procedures and policies
• Support warehouse operations as needed
• Operate powered lift equipment
• Check out and return equipment in good condition
• Perform other duties as assigned

What Are We Looking For?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4-6 years of warehouse experience
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKUs
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and prioritize tasks
• Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-demand, high-volume environment
• Ability to comply with policies and standards

Our Offer

• Salary Range: $19.50 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Paid Time Off: Accrued weekly based on hours worked, up to 112 hours per year; 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off
