Trainee Table Games

Essential Job Functions

• Attend all dealer school training sessions.
• Effectively learn to deal games according to Company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations.
• Learn to handle guest transactions, game irregularities, disputes, or customer issues.
• Exchange currency for chips and pay or collect bets accurately according to house rules.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor.
• Able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

• Regularly stand for extended periods of time.
• See, walk, talk, and hear.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Identify colors.
• Work in a noisy and smoky environment.
