Responsibilities

• Support vulnerable residents with issues including benefits, debt, housing and employment
• Deliver community-based advice
• Help develop and deliver training through our Advice First Aid Project
• Work closely with local partner organisations to achieve positive outcomes

Requirements

• Passionate about helping people
• Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment

Qualifications

• Experience in a related field is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
