Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for the Service Delivery Training Unit.
- Instruct and supervise students in Service Delivery, including developing and writing lesson plans.
- Maintain records, prepare evaluations and reports on trainees.
- Prepare and deliver formal presentations.
- Attend vendor training and perform administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two (2) years in the title of Train Service Supervisor (TSS).
- Thorough knowledge of NYCT Rules and Regulations.
- Familiarity with Dispatching, CBTC, ATS, Tower and Rail Control Center operations.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Computer aptitude including Microsoft Office Power Point, Word, and Excel programs.
Education
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of miscellaneous Work Equipment.
- Familiarity with Subdivisions "A" and "B".
- Ability to write and present training material in an effective manner.
- Ability to use resources effectively and adapt to changing conditions.
